A first project, not a pilot.
The plant is in development, but nothing in it is unproven: the fuel cell has a MW-scale reference in commercial service and the reformer is an industrial platform with a fleet behind it.

Built in-house
The fuel cells are designed and manufactured by the same company, on nine assembly lines, with its own testing centre.

Development, financing, construction and operation sit with one team, so the work does not stop at a hand-off.
