2. What this site is
This site describes what BaseBlue Power is building and how to start a conversation about it. It is published for information and for that conversation, and for nothing else. In particular:
- Nothing on this site is an offer to sell electricity, a commitment to deliver capacity, a reservation of capacity, or a binding term sheet.
- Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities of any kind, in any jurisdiction.
- Capacity, schedule, technical scope and price are agreed only in a signed written contract. A page, a diagram or an email exchange is not that contract.
- Nothing here is engineering, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Take your own.
3. Project information and forward-looking statements
The project described on this site is in development. It is not in commercial operation and does not generate power today.
Figures published here are design values, target values, or values taken from equipment specifications and supplier data. They describe what the plant is being engineered to do, not measured output from an operating asset, and they will change as the project is engineered, permitted and financed.
Statements about future capacity, schedule, cost, emissions or performance are forward-looking. They depend on permits, financing, offtake agreements, equipment supply chains, commodity prices and regulation, none of which is fully within our control. Do not rely on them as promises, and do not assume we will update them.
4. Intellectual property
The text, renders, photographs, diagrams, typefaces, code and layout of this site belong to BaseBlue Power, to HDF Energy, or to their licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
You may view the site, and print or download pages for your own internal business use. You may not republish, sell, sublicense or systematically copy any part of it, and you may not scrape it in bulk, including for the purpose of training a machine learning model, without our written permission.
5. Trademarks
BASEBLUE POWER is the subject of a United States trademark application, serial number 50108477, filed on 15 September 2026, which at the date of this page is in Filed status. It is an application, not a registration, and nothing here should be read as claiming otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to do any of the following.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any account or database connected to it.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated requests at a volume that degrades it for others.
- Submit information through the form that is false, that impersonates someone else, or that you are not entitled to disclose.
- Use the form to transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious material.
- Use our name, logo or marks in a way that suggests a relationship, endorsement or approval that does not exist.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do so because it is useful, not as an endorsement of everything on it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
8. No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither BaseBlue Power nor HDF Energy nor their officers, employees or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site — whether the claim is in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BaseBlue Power harmless against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the Texas county in which BaseBlue Power maintains its registered office.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies to your use of the site today.
