Who does what
These are not job titles looking for content.
Each area carries a specific part of getting a hydrogen-to-power plant financed, built and running.
Strategy & project development
Feasibility studies, power system modelling for hybrid configurations, and project management from pre-feasibility through Front-End Engineering and Design.
Engineering & permitting
In-house engineering for hydrogen-to-power systems and balance of plant, plus permitting for hydrogen and power generation infrastructure.
Commercial & engineering
Power and CO₂ offtake negotiation, the contracting strategy, and the EPC tender from invitation to bid through to contract close.
Finance & investors
Financial modelling, equity and debt structuring, tax credit application and modelling, due diligence, and alignment with infrastructure funds.
Fuel cell
Process flow and P&ID, functional analysis, HAZID and HAZOP, performance simulation, commissioning, and training of the future operators.
Specialised technical studies — topographical, geotechnical, environmental — are procured and supervised by the team rather than delegated, because they are what validates the design.
